In 2008 Nicole was accepted as \u00abYoung-Student\u00bb by Professor Eckart Heiligers at ZHdK, Zurich University of the Arts. She then worked intensively with pianist and conductor Florian Krump\u00f6ck in Vienna. Since 2013 Nicole has been studying at ZHdK as a student of Professor Till Fellner, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree with distinction. She accomplished the \u00abMaster of Performance\u00bb in 2018 and the \u00abMaster of Pedagogy\u00bb at ZHdK in Professor Till Fellner\u2019s class. Since 2021 Nicole is a lecturer herself at the conservatory in Zurich. She won the third prize at the \u201cXII International Competition Giovani Musicisti \u2013 Citta di Treviso\u201d in 2021, the third prize at the \u201cGlory International Competition\u201d in New York (2022), the second prize and \u201cbest Schumann\u201d at the Elevato Piano Competition and she has been awarded with the first prize at \u201cL\u00e0szlo Spezzaferri Competition\u201d in Verona (2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nicole attended masterclasses with Maria Jo\u00e3o Pires, Professor Friedrich Wilhelm Schnurr, Prof. Lars Vogt, Prof. Zoltan Kocsis, Oliver Schnyder, Prof. Pavel Gililov, Prof. Dmitri Alexeev, Prof. Andrea Bonatta and Prof. Michel B\u00e9roff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since 2016 Nicole Loretan has been a Hirschmann Foundation scholarship holder.<\/p>\n\n\n
